Customer work taught me to look at the situation before the system.
My background is in customer operations: three years with TUI across four destinations, following a year in customer service for BASE. Since October 2025, I have been learning and building with AI through independent projects.
At TUI, I supported international guests throughout their stay. I handled complaints and unexpected situations, gave presentations and advice in Dutch, English and French, sold excursions and coordinated with hotels and local partners.
When I build systems, I enjoy turning a messy process into a clear structure: organising information, connecting workflows and deciding where human judgment matters. I use Claude Code and Codex to help implement my ideas, then test and refine the results.
