SQL behind the reply

Fixed SQL queries pull booking and payment facts from a PostgreSQL database. The workflow combines them with relevant policy passages before the model drafts a reply. In the refund example, those records show that the payment had already been returned.

About the demo

The company and records are fictional. AI replies and database results are saved examples; no model or database query runs when you visit. Your practice review is temporary, and nothing is sent or paid.
